1. Overview

Montre & Co International LLC sells luxury watches and accessories through our online store at montre-co.co. Due to the high-value and luxury nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we stand behind the quality of every item we sell and will work to resolve any legitimate issue with your order.

2. Exceptions — When We Accept Returns

We will accept returns and provide a full refund only in the following circumstances:

3. Returns We Do Not Accept

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customer changed mind or no longer wants the item
  • Item was purchased as a gift and recipient does not like it
  • Minor variations in color or appearance from product photos
  • Items returned without prior authorization from us
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of wear or use

4. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank

6. How to Request a Return

  • Step 2: Wait for written return authorization from our team
  • Step 3: Ship item back using the instructions provided
  • Step 4: Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of our receipt

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
